三重阶段法 /sānchóng jiēduàn fǎ/

A  centrifugation system by the  paste, after it has been diluted in the same proportion of warm water, is injected into a  decanter with three nozzles, through which are separately released  pomace (solid phase),  olive  mill wastewater (liquid phase) and slightly humid  oil (oily phase).

Example

The olive pomace generated by the three-phase system does not pose problems because it can be treated to extract its residual oil or it can be used for fuel.
