The  product that is extracted from the  paste consisting mainly of  oil, plus  vegetation water,  addition water and a minimal proportion of  pomace residues that are removed during  sieving.

Example

This product is extracted from the fruit of Olea europea L. by using only mechanical methods that include crushing of olives, malaxation of resulting paste and separation of the oily phase.
