Industry | n. phr.
A machine used for  milling that crushes olives by means of one or more coneor cylinder-shaped granite blocks revolving against a round granite stone  base underneath.

Example

The olives are ground up, together with their stones, and mixed into a homogeneous pulp. This is carried out in a stone-mill consisting of a horizontally lying granite block with a granite millstone resting perpendicular to it.
