The  oil that is obtained from  pomace.

Example

The designation "olive oil" cannot be applied to the "olive residue oil" that is obtained by treating the olive residue, called "pomace" (which is the substance remaining from previous pressings), with solvents.

Olive olils | n. phr.
A specific type of olive-residue oil that is obtained from  pomace and results from blending  refined olive-residue oil and virgin olive oil or  extra virgin olive oil. The later component adds  taste and  aroma to the former. It is fit for consumption.

Example

These scientists from Granada determined that the use of olive-residue oil can produce an 80% slowing down in AIDS spreading in the body.
