olive-residue oil that is obtained directly from the pomace by chemical or mechanical means. It is unfit for consumption.

Example

Fourteen representative samples were also collected from large stocks of crude olive-residue oil at several pomaceprocessing plants to determine the level of oxidative and hydrolytic degradation present.
