Agriculture | n. m.
a place where saplings are grown under strict environmental and phytosanitary controls in order to subsequently transplant them to their definitive location.

Example

Nurseries started the development of semi-hardwood and softwood cuttings under mist and in a continuous expansion production exceeded 30 million plants per year in 2007. Propagation by the farmer has practically disappeared and only three oil cultivars ("Arbequina", "Picual" and "Hojiblanca") and one table olive cultivar ("Manzanilla de Sevilla") account for more than 95% of produced plants.
