a stainless steel machine used for malaxation that consists of an axis equipped with stirring blades and placed inside a heating chamber that provides the required temperature.

Example

the paste is then transferred to a malaxator where it is slowly mixed for 30 to 40 minutes to allow the oil molecules to begin to coalesce prior to final separation of the oil from the "pomace".
